1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 777z7 online gaming platform, accessible at https://777z7.app and any associated mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"). 777z7 is operated as an offshore online gaming platform. 3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active 777z7 account at any time. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically through technical and manual review processes. If duplicate accounts are identified, 777z7 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold any bonuses obtained through the duplicate account. Only one account per household, per IP address, and per payment method will ordinarily be permitted.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

777z7 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Account holders may be required to provide documentary proof of identity and address before processing their first withdrawal or at any time at 777z7's discretion. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount on 777z7 is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification status. 4.3 Deposit Processing

4.5 Funds and Currency

All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on the 777z7 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees for players depositing and withdrawing in BDT via local payment methods. 777z7 does not accept cash deposits, cheques, or physical transfers of any kind.

4.6 Refused and Reversed Transactions

777z7 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, chargeback abuse, or violation of these Terms. Chargebacks initiated by a player against a legitimate 777z7 deposit will result in immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings for any amounts withdrawn during the disputed period.

5. Bonus and Promotional Terms

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

5.4 Bonus Expiry

6.3 Void Bets and Disputes

A bet may be voided by 777z7 in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; a palpable error in odds is identified (see section 6.4 below); a data feed error results in bets being accepted after the relevant outcome has occurred; or the bet was placed in violation of these Terms. Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance in full. 777z7's decision on bet void matters is final and binding.

6.4 Palpable Errors in Odds

In the event that a clearly erroneous odds price is published on the Platform — whether through human error, data feed failure, or software malfunction — 777z7 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. An odds price will be considered a palpable error where it is materially inconsistent with market odds available at the same time from comparable operators. 777z7 will use reasonable endeavours to identify and correct such errors promptly.

6.5 Maximum Winnings

777z7 applies maximum single-bet and aggregate daily winnings limits, which are published in the cashier and betting sections of the Platform. These limits exist to protect the financial integrity of the Platform and are applied consistently to all players. Winnings that exceed the stated maximum may be adjusted to the cap amount at 777z7's discretion. Players are advised to review applicable limits before placing large-value wagers.

7. Prohibited Conduct and Fraud

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777z7 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Fraudulent deposits: Submitting payment transactions using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials, including unauthorised use of another person's bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account.
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback with your payment provider after receiving gaming services or withdrawing winnings from 777z7.

• Impersonation: Registering or operating a 777z7 account using another person's identity, whether real or fictitious.
• Harassment: Directing abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language at 777z7 staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel on the Platform.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by 777z7

777z7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder; or at 777z7's reasonable commercial discretion. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any balance held will be preserved during the investigation period.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their 777z7 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or by emailing [email protected] (plain text — not a link). Upon account closure request, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the last verified payment method on file, subject to completed KYC verification. 8.3 Self-Exclusion

An account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 777z7 will attempt to notify the account holder via their registered email address prior to applying any inactivity procedures. Following the notice period, an administration fee may be deducted from the dormant account balance on a monthly basis, subject to applicable minimum balance thresholds.
